So I was pushing my son into waves on a boogieboard the other day. He is 7 and probably weighs close to 40 pounds dripping wet. He was sliding all over the wave most of the time turning all the way around because he didn’t realize he was turning the board while leaning to the side. It was really cool to see and remember all the hours I spent as a kid in the shorebreak on a boogieboard. This video is cool, the first wave the kid gets is AWESOME. click below and check it.

In about 1997 I had been looking for a broken longboard to “reshape”. I found one in the trash by the pier and ripped all the old Fiberglass off it. I reshaped it with some real deep concaves on the back and a super wide tail. It rides great but I have been talking about ripping off those fins and putting on bigger ones. Well see. Slayer lam on top is rad !

Love this board in the summertime. All black glass job with resin BLKHRT logo on the deck and glass on white fin.
